Roles & Responsibilities
- Create professional Visual Aids, Literature, and brand materials for pharma clients.
- Design using CorelDRAW & Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).
- Develop creative concepts and visually appealing layouts.
- Share rough drafts, revise, and finalize designs based on feedback.
- Coordinate with clients, printers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure all designs align with pharma branding standards.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent command of CorelDRAW (required).
- Knowledge of Photoshop & Canva.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Creativity, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
Sales Team Leader – Pharma B2B
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing pharma B2B sales team.
- Plan and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
- Analyze market trends and optimize sales approaches.
- Manage key accounts, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B pharma sales experience.
- 1–2 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities.
- Target-driven and strategic thinker.
